I chose a 3-bed room, but when I found out that in 3-bed rooms, the third place is a folding chair, we decided that we need to look for another hotel, but Nadezhda offered 4- x local room, with payment for a 3-bed room, and then I agreed), in the booking sheet, Nadezhda indicated the amount of a three-bed room, but the number indicated a 4-bed one.
--Let's go further... payment of days for a 3-bed room! The site indicated the amount until June 15.2018 -1300.00 rubles, from June 16.2018. RUB 1700.00 We have booked a room since June 13.2018. until June 22.2018 i. e. 3 days for 1300.00 rubles and 6 days for 1700.00 rubles. - Nadezhda calculated 2 days for 1300.00 and 7 days for 1700.00, where is the logic? ! Pointed out to her an error in the calculation, corrected it. The whole truth: 1) You can get to the hotel from the airport for 1000.00 rubles. (both back and forth)!
2) I drove a stupid one, we waited for him with a child in our arms for about 40 minutes at night. When I expressed dissatisfaction with him on emotions, he cursed and yelled as if cut to redness - generally unbalanced (in a word, I have never met such boors, and even more so expected from a person who earns in the tour zone. We arrived at the hotel (I was in tears, nowhere to go, with a small child to look for another car, and even in the middle of the night..... )

3) Julia meets us! All dissatisfied, woke up, you need to meet, can you imagine? He escorts us to a room with an armchair (in a triple room, can you imagine? ), I say, but how? : we were promised a quadruple room, found her a booking sheet, showed it. But she didn’t care about this booking sheet... , the amount is indicated for a 3-bed room, I don’t know, etc. , we’ll figure it out tomorrow... and in a rude and impudent tone. (Forgive me, yes, I allowed myself to show my displeasure after this taxi driver, with a sleeping child in my arms and you sleep on a folding chair for those, and tomorrow we'll see). - "Nooo Julia, figure it out now, call someone who will explain to you that we were promised a 4-bed room. " Yulia went into hysterics, let's just say - "I'm going to wake a person because of you... " (and we didn’t fly here)....she woke up this Irina Viktorovna, apparently found out everything, well, with a crazy gait, she took us to a 4-bed room.
We fell asleep. The mood woke up at zero ((((. The morning began with trials, there was almost nothing in the room, Julia didn’t tell us anything, (there’s not enough bed linen, there’s not even a kettle) For those you arrived, drink water and sleep, these are the things … What time is breakfast and where is it at all???
We called Irina, met at the reception.
Regarding the behavior of Yulia, I. V. I promised to have a conversation with her about how to communicate with the guests, but I doubt it....Since the fish rots from the head and everything became clear from the first day, Irina Viktorovna smells like a burner !! ! At 8 am!!!
I summed up all my emotions and put them in my pocket (((((we arrived at the sea, and not at the hotel, well, we began to live, paid for everything and tried not to communicate with the staff at all. And by the way, during the time we were there were the price for a 3-bed room suddenly fell)))) and the cost of the room became 1600.00))), and we continued to rest for 1700.00)
Breakfasts: For some reason, porridge with vanilla (daughter didn’t eat), shawarma was somehow in the morning (SHAWARMA IN THE MORNING !!! ))), at lunch, pasta was somehow served (instant) with meatballs and compote for 170 rubles. , for dinner, a puff pastry in which there was a chicken drumstick, which was difficult to swallow. Once at lunch we ate only the main course and compote, but they counted us as a whole dinner (there are a lot of such missteps at the hotel) In general, in terms of nutrition, we ate cheaper and tastier in the canteen, which is located towards the beach.
I was interested in other guests how they are here and how much they pay for a room, also not without dissatisfaction), but they rested cheaper, they paid 500 rubles per person per day, well, and more + breakfast is included, of course, we also included, if we 1700:3=566 rubles, for 1782 rubles. we paid more than it cost, it turns out, we also cheated 300 rubles for a taxi, we got on our nerves with the check-in, the taxi driver, the unbalanced Yulia and the forever dated hostess in the background, got on our nerves)
And with cleaning, it’s a problem, Aunt Lyuba is the kindest woman, one for 20 rooms + plus watering flowers, cleaning the territory, albeit a little small, cleaning the cafe and generally everywhere, + a bunch of other duties, in 9 days she managed to come to us 4 time, I'm incredibly grateful to her). The hostess of the hotel saves on the second maid, instead of Aunt Lyuba, I would have already run away from this hotel. In general, I am satisfied with the rest (after all, we came for the sun and salty water), but this hotel is more than anything! I really liked the kitchen. We thanked the chefs when we were resting, and now we thank them here. The food is delicious and truly homemade.
The rooms are clean, daily cleaning is very high quality, and this is done during the absence of vacationers. There is a TV set-top box with a USB output, you can probably take your favorite films on a flash drive.
The only small drawback, in our opinion, is the not very good working wi-fi.
