Loved the hotel! Excellent soundproofing of the rooms (disco is almost inaudible), air conditioning, TV, kettle, free wi-fi, refrigerator, very comfortable beds. Quality cleaning. The only thing missing was a toilet by the pool, or at least 1 floor. buildings, had to go up to the room. In 1-2 pools, it would be great to install at least 1 slide each. Playgrounds sea, but for children over 5 years old it is no longer interesting. But there is a rental of all kinds of vehicles, a football school and a tennis court (for an additional fee), but we did not buy it. We didn’t go to the bathhouse, so I don’t know how it is there. On the way to the sea, there are a lot of canteens and kebabs, shops with souvenirs and clothes. Olympic Park and Sochi Park with attractions nearby. But if it's hot, it's better to get there. I liked the excursions from Biblio-Globus, there are drawbacks, but in general it’s good: for a transfer on a good bus with a conder and lunch, it’s better to go with Globus than by yourself. The hotel is recommended for families.

We rested in the sanatorium "Sochi" from January 16.2016 for 2 weeks in the building "Primorsky". Since we have been resting in sanatoriums for almost 20 years (we visited sanatoriums of a similar level in the Moscow region, Sochi, Crimea, Belarus and other regions of the Russian Federation), there is something to compare with.
Territory: a magnificent arboretum with many paths, alleys, fountains that operate at above zero temperatures even in January . . Everything is provided for walking with baby (and wheelchair) strollers. Convenient descents to the sea (+ elevator). For 2 weeks we have never (! ) traveled to the city, so as not to plunge into urban urbanization, which is enough at home in Moscow. However, this is not the first time in Sochi, and last year we devoted all the free time from procedures to getting to know Sochi after the Olympics.
Building "Primorsky": modern with comfortable rooms overlooking the sea. Cleanliness, full provision of the room and bathroom, as in 5 * hotels, change of bed linen on the fourth day of stay. sea view. Very polite and helpful staff. In the building: a restaurant, a cinema, a library (excellent! ), a cafe, a shop, medical staff's offices...
Medical base: this is the best we have seen!! ! The most modern equipment, the ability to conduct a wide variety of examinations and procedures (of course, as prescribed by a doctor and something for an additional fee). Very attentive medical staff.
Swimming pool: in a word - chic, almost Olympic size, with sea water and heating (this is closed). There is also an open one, also with heating and sea water. In January, I worked 4 days for Epiphany (during our stay in the sanatorium).
Restaurant: put "4", because. seen better, but the menu is varied, delicious dishes, good selection. There are not so many fruits, but this is apparently because vacationers literally pounce on them and quickly sort them out "for the future". Ashamed.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, despite the not very favorable weather. But it's January! Last year, at the same time, it was sunny all the days and from +10 to +15, and this year the sky was gray, there was almost no sun, and then Sochi was covered with snow... But... sea air! He heals too!
We recommend this sanatorium to those who need rehabilitation after inpatient treatment, hard work, who want to check their health in a calm environment.

I chose the sanatorium according to the status, because belongs to the Office of the President. Arriving was settled quickly, but in a disgusting room, with a terrible, musty smell. In addition, in the evening I killed a cockroach, calmly running along the door jamb! To her claims to the administration, she received only a shrug, and the answer is, we don’t know anything, because. This room hasn't been occupied for a long time. The question is, where do you look if you populate people in such rooms where there is nothing to breathe. Absolutely unprofessional employees who meet vacationers and settle in rooms. The concierge on the 10th floor is generally an empty place, he can’t even call a taxi. I do not recommend anyone to go to this resort.

in the sanatorium in Soviet times there was a normal customized menu - a much higher level than the Buffet introduced following the example of the Turks - bad foods and soy sausage. which beneficiaries sort out in turn - they would have diet No. 5, etc. … More ▾ in the sanatorium in Soviet times there was a normal customized menu - a much higher level than the Buffet introduced following the example of the Turks - bad foods and soy sausage. which beneficiaries sort out in turn - they would have diet No. 5, etc.
