We did not choose this hotel ourselves, we chose 4 * in the same resort, but for several. days before departure, the tour operator changed our hotel to Juno, as compensation - all-inclusive meals. The hotel is located near the beach - a leisurely pace of 5-7 minutes. To the city center - 5 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars near the hotel. shops, there are also supermarkets. The farther from the center a shop or restaurant, the cheaper the prices. We traveled by bus 10 minutes in the direction of Nessebar, stop near the Kotva hotel to Peni supermarket. Excursions - there are agencies at every turn.
Many of the staff speak or understand Russian. or English language. In the bar and restaurant, there are no complaints about the staff. Cleaning trouble. We lived on the second floor. room 215. The room itself is excellent, clean, quite large, has everything you need. And now the cleaning consisted only in taking out the garbage, if they left a tip, they also changed towels and vacuumed. On the 3rd floor, the cleaners were younger and a little better cleaning, for a tip they laid out beautiful bows from towels. But, in principle, we did not litter much, so it did not spoil our vacation and the impression of the hotel.
The hotel has a laundry service and is fairly reasonably priced, there is a folder on the desk in the room and it has all the information and prices for laundry. And in the closet - a bag for clothes for washing.
Regarding complaints, about if something does not work - they will come the same day and look. They also reacted to complaints about drunken Germans who interfered with sleep.
The hotel has a restaurant-dining room and a bar for drinks.
The food is delicious.
For breakfast - banitsa, pancakes like belyash only without filling - there are various jams and honey, croutons, sausages - boiled and fried, scrambled eggs, boiled. eggs, fried sausage or bacon, baked tomato, also sliced vegetables, cheese and sausage slices, olives, butter. Bread and buns, something like natures. yogurt, some types of dry breakfasts, milk. There is a toaster, microwave and coffee. apparatus. Fruits - grapefruit, orange, banana. Bezalk. the drinks.
Lunch - 2 types of soup, vegetable cuts and salads, garnish - rice, pasta and potatoes, tomato sauce, meat - chicken, pork, fish - in various forms, stewed with vegetables or fried, baked vegetables, etc. Watermelon, apples or nectarine peaches. Several types of desserts - jelly, kissels, sponge cakes and 5 types of ice cream. Alcohol. and non-alcoholic. the drinks.
Dinner is the same as lunch, only the dishes change.

Alcohol - beer, red and white wine, various liqueurs - chocolate, cherry, apricot, etc. , red and white vermouth, mentha, tequila, sambuca, gin, whiskey. brandy, red and white rum, vodka, brandy.
Non-alcoholic drinks - sprite, fanta, cola, tonic, schwebs, mineral water, apple and orange still.
In general, for a 3 * hotel is not bad, even very much.
The pool is large and clean, there is a children's pool with a fungus, from which water flows, there are no slides, animation too. But Bulgaria is already full of entertainment outside the hotel, so this is not a problem. There were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. There is a kids club from SOLVEX. It consists of 2 rooms, not in very good condition, the smell there is some kind of unpleasant. There are 2 Russian-speaking animators, but they are somehow sluggish. The animator guy is still trying somehow, but the girl is not at all. And close not to compare with children. animation of Turkey or Egypt, our children did not want to stay there.
The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean, sunbeds and umbrellas for 8 lev. But you can safely sit on your towel, there are not many people.
The room is quite spacious, there is a large bed, 2 bedside tables, a coffee table, a small sofa, a refrigerator, a TV, a desk, a center. air conditioner. On the balcony - a table and 2 chairs, clothes dryer.
In addition, a sewing kit, a spatula and a brush for shoes are in the closet. In the bathroom - hair dryer, shampoo, soap, cap, glasses. The hair dryer is weak, long and thick hair is difficult to dry quickly.
The air conditioner worked properly, however, when the air temperature rose above 30 - it could not cope, we slept with an open balcony, since there is an emergency door to the balcony with a mosquito net. True, the balcony overlooked the neighbor. the hotel and drunken guests of the resort often walk the streets very loudly all night long. We must pay tribute to the sound insulation - if the beam. the door is closed - almost nothing is heard and sleep peacefully.
I advise you to visit the city of Nessebar, you can get there by bus for 1 lev. Or from the central pier on a boat for 10 lev, but you will ride on the sea. Nessebar is very beautiful, I advise you to visit the Old Nessebar restaurant with a beautiful view of the sea, but there are plenty of other restaurants with beautiful views.
If you are with children, go to the water park, eat from Nessebar and eat in Sunny Beach. Both have free shuttles. And adults will also find it very interesting. We were also in the mini-aqua park of the Kotva hotel. If your children are not extreme, then it will be enough for you, especially since it costs 4 times cheaper than a large water park.
I also recommend visiting Jani's restaurant in Sunny Beach, we celebrated our son's birthday there. Try the mussels in shells - they are very tasty there, also delicious chicken and pork skewers. And there is a great selection of fish and seafood.
I think the only negative is the location of the room - the first floor, windows to the street, the last room, right next to the hotel bar. And there, on average, until two in the morning, either live music (which still didn’t go anywhere), or karaoke (which is more often)! At first I wanted to change the number, but changed my mind, because. in principle, I didn’t go to bed before two, otherwise you go out onto the balcony and almost sit in the bar =) Another minus of the rooms that face the street is the cute but noisy fountain of the neighboring Royal Beach Barcelo hotel (although it didn’t bother me at all). In general, if you are traveling with children or want a relaxing holiday (which, in principle, is not about Sunny Beach), then it is better to take rooms overlooking the courtyard.
There is no animation in the hotel. There is free internet, the password is given at the reception (although I didn’t catch it in my room, but another open network was connected on the balcony).
I only had breakfasts, generally not bad, although monotonous: muesli, jam, delicious puffs, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, salads, various types of sausages and cheese, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, delicious sausages, beans, fried bread in an egg, eggs, watermelon, plums, apricots, various teas, coffee, cocoa, colorful water. And so every morning =) I tried to eat at the bar in the evening, I didn’t really like it.
The hotel has an excellent location: close to the sea - 5 minutes walk, in the center of Sunny Beach.
I hope my review is useful to someone, as I myself went at random, but did not regret my choice at all.
Any hotel responds to the dissatisfaction of tourists, wanting to smooth out possible conflicts as much as possible. Sometimes, their remarks are really not an excessive whim, but a fair discontent. As a result, the hotel staff takes effective measures to eliminate errors. But when offended health allows tourists to shamelessly distort the facts and disrespect the service staff, some clarity is required. Why I will give the full text of the official explanation on the occasion.
On August 22.2010 at around 10:00 pm, Ms.... (still should keep the confidentiality of the madam, although she does not quite deserve such treatment) left the key at the reception and left the hotel. After 30 minutes, she returned in an excited state and, having visited the room, turned to the duty administrator with a statement about the theft of a portable computer and a camera. The administrator clarified the details as to whether the doors to the room were closed. Ms.... answered yes. But when visiting the room together with the administrator, the tourist expressed surprise at the discovery of an open balcony door.
At 22:53, a message about the incident was transmitted to the police console (it is a sin to deny such facts, because they are recorded as a call from a hotel room). At about 23:05, police officers arrived at the scene to clarify the details and inspect the scene.
Since Ms.... was distinguished by her lively and sociable character, constant visits by men of various nationalities in her room were not uncommon. Recreation of tourists is an absolute inviolability for the hotel - each vacationer has the full right to personal actions within the framework of generally accepted norms. But when the question arises of an emergency (theft) and every minute is precious, then it is in the interests of the tourist himself to help the investigation, and not mislead him. Of course, if the vacationer really wants to get the lost things back.
That is why the administrator, in a confidential setting, asked Ms.... to inform the investigators about possible acquaintances. To which the answer was received that no one visited her number at all.
During the inspection of the room by the police, two young people of Italian nationality turned to the reception desk, wanting to urgently see Ms.....After giving this information to the tourist by phone, the latter asked to let the guests into the room. The police officers, on the other hand, were left a little surprised by such an intrusion of unknown guests, especially after Mrs.... herself denied about possible visitors.
After completing the inspection, Ms.... remained in the room with the young people. About an hour later, the three of them left the room. The tourist returned in a serious state of intoxication at dawn. She did not want to let the people living in the hotel into the hotel - allegedly they were following her - she shouted and pushed them.
The administrator decided to check if everything is in order in the room. Having found a completely open door, while the tourist herself was in the toilet room and showed signs of life, the administrator closed the room. The room key was slipped under the door, for which Ms. . . thanked.
A little later, the tourist again decided to go for a walk and in the reception hall she ran into a taxi driver who had been waiting all this time for payment for his work. Having acted out an unpleasant scene about how the driver tried to seduce her, Ms.... stated that the trip was free. The young man was clearly dumbfounded by what was happening, after which he preferred to forget about the amount owed. Heeding the administrator's arguments - not to look for new adventures, the tourist decided to return to the room.
The next morning, Ms.... was in her room when the maid did a little cleaning. After 10-15 minutes after the maid left, the sound of breaking glass was heard in the room. The tourist immediately reported to the reception that she was again robbed and the window was broken. When the hotel staff visited the room, it was found that only the inner glass was broken, to which Ms.... refused to comment. She only claimed that it was not she who broke the glass and that someone was in the room. The tourist’s demands to call the police were denied, since the photo taken of the glass broken from the inside without external damage clearly confirmed the absence of unauthorized persons in the room except for Ms herself....Turning to the police on her own, the tourist received a similar explanation.
As a result, the tourist began to swear loudly and swear at the reception, calling the administrator on duty and the hotel manager. From the side of the latter, a message was only submitted about the rude behavior of a tourist to the Solvex agency. After receiving a refusal to pay for broken glass, the hotel administration stopped succumbing to the provocations of the tourist - to file a complaint against her with the police. Before the end of Ms. 's stay, she was changed from the first floor to the second floor and had no complaints.
By the way, unpleasant scenes with taxi drivers were repeated several times. Various young people came constantly with statements that the tourist promised to pay them later. None of them ever received the promised payment. During a conversation with one of the regular taxi drivers on 31.08. 2010, the administrator learned from him that Ms. herself... told him that her computer had been stolen by a local resident, as well as her phone - but on the street.
All events are recorded in detail, as well as supported by a photo of broken glass. There are no security cameras in the hotel - a minimum number of new hotels have such equipment. But there is always 24/7 security. At the same time, the internal doors were closed, and the rooms passing inside were only hotel guests. Therefore, in Ms. 's case... there are more questions than answers... Not to mention the fact that there are a large number of tourists who want to be compensated by pre-composed insurance...
Summarizing the above, I would like to note that the hotel employees treat each guest with respect and due attention. Every petty need is met to the extent possible, not to mention simple human sympathy and assistance in moments of special incidents. Unfortunately, Mrs... did not appreciate the hospitality shown to her and decided to show herself not from the best side. Judging by the reviews of other representatives of the resort staff, such maintenance was provided not only to this hotel.

I would like to share a review about the rest in this hotel. I had a rest in August 2010. Upon arrival, I was surprised, quite a good room, clean, pretty good for 3 stars in Bulgaria, and for a minimal price. We changed the room to a room with Wi-Fi of the same level without any problems. But it didn't take long for me to enjoy. . .
After 2 days, my laptop, camera, phone, camera and dress were stolen from my room. I was absent from the room for about 20 minutes, accidentally returned to the room. I had to call. The hotel staff refused my request to call the police from the reception desk, explaining this by the impossibility of what was happening, blaming everything on me and saying that they did not bear any responsibility. It was a shame to tears in the helplessness of what was happening, I had to go with tears in my eyes to a nearby hotel and ask to call, for which many thanks to them. The hotel has no security cameras, no security, absolutely free access for everyone to the hotel. Absolutely strangers walk in the hotel at 3 am..... With all this, the door to the balcony was broken, I lived on the first floor. I couldn't believe this was happening to me!!!
The police accepted my statement, but they are unlikely to help me in any way..... On the day of departure, I had a similar situation, the camera that I bought already in Bulgaria in exchange for the stolen one was also stolen from the same hotel, but here I am of course I blame myself more than anyone else. The first time taught me nothing! I didn't even have time to go to the police.
Dear vacationers, in no case do not leave valuables in the room, put them in a safe, which is small enough, my laptop would definitely not fit there. And don't leave your keys on the counter. The country is poor, there is little work, as I understand it, this is the main income for employees of such hotels...
The only, very cheap real estate in the country, that's good!! ! I would have been quite satisfied with the rest, if not for these 2 thefts.
